About Me

My husband and I have always had a great foundation of eating healthy, but after 2 pregnancies in 2 years we realized we had been indulging a bit too much. We have always fed our children healthy foods, but realized we needed to set a better example. As most people do, we made a resolution at the start of 2011 to completely change the way we eat. I lost my "baby weight" (and then some!) and have had a lot of questions about how I did that. I hope that my posts and advice motivate you to do the same with your family!
